History of Criminal Procedure Code –

The Criminal Procedure Code in India was developed during British rule. It was passed in the year 1861. Heavily influenced by the criminal justice system in England at the time, it was named for the legal response function in court. To make it easier to file a legal response in court.
When the Criminal Procedure Code came into force in India, its first amendment was made in the year 1872. It was later redesigned several times. The implementation of the Code of Criminal Procedure was considered at the last moment in the year 1898 and it was implemented in judicial response. So that justice can be done in reaction to the law made during the British rule.

Amendment or change in the Code of Criminal Procedure after the country gained independence –

When our country became independent, there was discussion about how the Criminal Procedure Code would be as a legal response. At that time we had the Criminal Procedure Code of the year 1898. The Tab was produced by members of Parliament, who could prepare it properly and prepare reports on it from time to time. 14th Report: Reports were prepared by the In Law Committee from 1958 to 1970. The final report was prepared in 1973. Similarly, the Criminal Procedure Code was passed in the year 1973. So that it is applicable all over India. 
The Code of Criminal Procedure, when it was enacted in the year 1973, contained 484 sections (Sections), 37 chapters (Chapters), and 2 schedules (Schedules). The Code of Criminal Procedure in India was enacted on 1 April 1974.

What is the Code of Criminal Procedure and what is its function?

The Code of Criminal Procedure is a law that provides assistance in the investigation, trial, legal proceedings and punishment of a person’s crime. It is called in CrPC in short. It was passed by the Parliament (Parliament).
This includes first information reports (FIRs) (written by the police) investigating people who have committed crimes, arresting by the police, taking criminals and detainees into custody, issuing directions and warrants to Ukraine, and seizing illegal (property). Giving power involves giving. evidence (evidence), examining evidence and taking statements, attending arguments (arguments) by the defense, seizing, appealing, proposing a court decision, proposing a court decision, spousal maintenance Giving orders to the wife and parents, conducting hearings by court-appointed magistrates and judges, presenting counsel’s arguments, sending summons to any person and much more.
