Invention of Coca-Cola

In May 1886, a substance was created by Dr. John Pemberton in America. This substance was used with ingredients including coca leaves, kola nuts and added soda. That’s why he first drank from it and gave it to some people too, then everyone found its taste very good and different. Then when this substance had to be named, Frank Robinson, associated with Dr. John Pemberton, named it Coca-Cola and thus Coca-Cola was invented.

Coca-Cola Company Launched

Coca-Cola was first sold in 1887 by Dr. John Pemberton at Jacobs Pharmacy in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. But he could not sell much and he sold the formula for making coca to another Businessman, Asa Griggs Candler. Candler gradually started doing more science and promoting of it to sell it in larger quantities. Because he wanted to make this brand a national brand, in which he was successful. Gradually, by the 19th Century, Coca-Cola became a very popular Soft Drink and it started being sold all over America. Then gradually, companies started opening to supply Coca-Cola to other Countries and its business started growing rapidly and today Coca-Cola is being produced all over the world. The Headquarter of the Coca-Cola Company is located in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

In Coca-Cola manufacturing companies, it is made by mixing High Fructose Corn Syrup, Sugar, Caramel Color, Phosphoric Acid and Carbonated water.
